About your COA

What is a Certificate of Analysis?

A Certificate of Analysis documents laboratory test results for a specific sample or batch. Check the report for the product identity, lot number, testing methods, results and laboratory details.

Which report applies to my vial?

Use the certificate with the same product, strength and lot number as your vial. A report for a different batch does not describe the batch you received.

What if I cannot find my lot number?

Contact Renvara Labs with the product name, lot number and, if available, your order number. We can help locate the relevant documentation.
