Shipping

Orders are accepted only after account eligibility and payment authorization are confirmed. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and arrange prompt receipt and appropriate storage. Carrier transit estimates are not guaranteed.

Report missing, damaged, incorrect, or misdelivered shipments to [email protected]. Include your order number, lot information when available, and relevant photographs.

Returns and Order Problems

Because research materials require controlled handling and traceability, we do not accept returns after shipment.

Visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products must be reported within three calendar days of delivery. This required reporting window does not reduce any rights provided by applicable law.

Do not return research materials without authorization, as it will not result in a refund. Preserve the product, packaging, and lot identification while we review the issue. Confirmed errors, transit damage, and missing items, to meet applicable written specifications will be addressed by replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Cancellations

As we promptly dispatch all orders, we cannot cancel orders after checkout.
